Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all children enrolled at Sistla International Preschool & Daycare. By completing the admission process, parents/guardians agree to the points mentioned below.

1. Admissions & Eligibility:

Children are admitted from 12 months onwards into age-appropriate groups. All personal, medical and emergency contact details provided during admission must be true and accurate.

2. Timings & Attendance:

Preschool operates from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Daycare from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Parents are requested to follow drop and pick-up timings. Regular attendance helps children settle into routines and benefit from the program.

3. Fees & Payments:

Fees are payable in advance as per the fee schedule shared by the centre. Fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Delayed payments may attract late fees or temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

4. Child Safety & Supervision:

The campus is designed as a child-safe environment with appropriate supervision. Reasonable care is taken to ensure children’s safety and comfort. However, minor injuries or incidents may still occur in active, play-based settings despite adequate supervision.

5. Health, Illness & Medication:

Parents must inform the centre about any medical conditions, allergies or special needs. Children who are unwell (fever, infection, vomiting or any contagious illness) should be kept at home. Medication will be given at the centre only if clearly labelled and accompanied by written consent and instructions from the parent/guardian.

6. Personal Belongings:

All personal items such as bags, bottles and extra clothes should be clearly labelled with the child’s name. While care is taken, the preschool cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

7. Communication with Parents:

Important updates, announcements and information about events or schedules will be shared through the registered contact details. Parents are responsible for keeping their mobile number and email address updated with the centre.

8. Holidays & Closures:

The list of holidays and the academic calendar will be shared in advance where possible. In case of government orders, extreme weather or other unforeseen situations, the centre may change timings or remain closed and will inform parents at the earliest.

9. Behaviour & Conduct:

Parents and guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and follow the centre’s guidelines and policies. Repeated non-cooperation or inappropriate behaviour may lead to discontinuation of services.

10. Changes to These Terms:

Sistla International Preschool & Daycare may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version displayed on the official website or shared by the centre will be considered valid and applicable.

By enrolling your child at Sistla International Preschool & Daycare, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
